Qualifications

• 13 to 15 years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of work experience in delivery management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; a Master's degree preferred.
• Expertise in .NET and Java technologies.
• Experience delivering mid-sized to large projects and Agile transformations.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills with stakeholders.
• SAFe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; resolve deviations.
• Understand both technical and business aspects of delivered solutions.
• Identify, track, and manage inter-team and external dependencies.
• Escalate risks and issues with impact analysis and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams.
• Act as liaison between clients and teams for status updates, risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development and Demos.
• Create and manage project plans with SDLC awareness.
• Drive Agile estimation techniques and Agile metrics implementation.
• Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment.

• Capability to measure Agile metrics and drive transparency within Scrum teams
• Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred
