Job summary

The role requires 13–15 years of overall experience, including 10+ years in delivery management, with strong leadership and Scrum proficiency. Experience in financial services or wealth management is preferred; SAFe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, resolving deviations.
• Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered.
• Identify, track, and manage inter-team and external dependencies.
• Escalate critical risks and issues to stakeholders with impact analysis and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams.
• Act as a liaison between clients and teams for daily or weekly status updates, risks and issues.
• Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development and Sprint Demos.
• Create and manage project plans with an understanding of SDLC phases.
• Drive Agile estimation techniques and Agile Metrics implementation.
• Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment.
