Job summary

EPAM Systems in Maharashtra, India is seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager with expertise in .NET and Java to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring collaboration across teams and client satisfaction.

You will oversee multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, track milestones and risks, manage dependencies, and drive Agile transformations while engaging stakeholders and delivering on business goals. Experience in Financial Services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 13–15 years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years in delivery management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's preferred.
• Expertise in .NET and Java technologies.
• Experience managing mid-sized to large projects and agile transformations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• SAFe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, resolving deviations.
• Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered.
• Identify, track, and manage inter-team and external dependencies.
• Escalate risks and issues with impact analysis and recommendations.
• Provide updates, progress reports and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams.
• Act as liaison between clients and teams for status updates, risks and issues.
• Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development and Sprint Demos.
• Create and manage project plans with SDLC awareness.
• Drive Agile estimation techniques and metrics implementation.
• Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment.

Requirements

• 13 to 15 years of overall professional experience

• Expertise in .NET and Java technologies
• Successful experience in managing mid-sized to large projects and Agile transformations
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills to engage with key stakeholders
• Flexibility to oversee cross-functional teams and program dependencies effectively
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with competency in facilitation, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
• Capability to measure Agile metrics and drive transparency within Scrum teams
• Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred
• SAFe certification
