Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Delivery Manager - VMS to lead recruiting operations, scorecard management, and client/MSP engagement across VMS/MSP accounts. You will manage day-to-day recruiting activities, ensure quality submittals, and drive performance improvements with clients and suppliers.

The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching recruiters, and maintaining strong MSP relationships to ensure requisition flow and program alignment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading recruiting teams within IT staffing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with MSP/Procurement contacts to increase requisition flow, gain program insight, and enhance supplier positioning.
• Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) and MSP program operations.
• Skilled in coaching recruiters, prioritizing requisitions, and ensuring submittal quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills in fast-paced staffing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for recruiter support and delivery challenges within assigned accounts.
• Manage scorecards and KPI adherence with clients and MSP programs.
• Lead and coach Recruiting Manager(s) to meet delivery goals across VMS/MSP accounts.
• Provide input on recruiter training needs and participate in onboarding and upskilling initiatives.

Job Summary

The Delivery Manager - VMS is primarily responsible for 4 major areas: (1) recruiting and delivery execution, (2) scorecard management, (3) Client/MSP engagement, and (4) team leadership.

Recruiting & Delivery Execution

• Manage day-to-day operations, including requisition prioritization, submittal quality, and candidate pipeline development
• Serve as the SPOC for recruiter support and delivery challenges within assigned accounts

Scorecard Management

• Ensure high performance on monthly/quarterly/annual scorecards and achieve top supplier performance with the Client and/or MSP
• Ensure delivery compliance with client/MSP program requirements including SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborate with PTR Global & Strategic Account Directors and Client Partners to ensure alignment on scorecard objectives
• Analyze delivery metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with program requirements

Client/MSP Engagement

• Establish and maintain a consistent relationship with current clients and/or MSP contacts to elevate PTR Global's relationship in the account
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client and/or MSP program contacts and key procurement stakeholders to align delivery expectations, address challenges, and strengthen PTR Global's positioning within the program

Team Leadership
