Job summary

In this role you will partner with MSP Account Management and Recruiting teams to prioritize demand, manage multiple requisitions, and meet submission, interview, and placement goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.

Qualifications

As an MSP Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent against high-volume requisitions supporting leading end-client organizations. Working within an MSP/VMS environment, you’ll be responsible for quickly understanding job requirements, identifying qualified candidates, and ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client expectations and program requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with our MSP Account Management and Recruiting teams to prioritize demand, manage multiple requisitions, and consistently deliver against submission, interview, and placement goals. We’re looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and has a proven track record of recruiting across IT, technology, engineering, and other professional skill sets while successfully navigating MSP processes, VMS platforms, compliance requirements, and tight turnaround times.

What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting — proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach; manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Delivery partnership — work hand-in-glove with Account Management to understand client requirements and translate them into submittable, fillable job orders, keeping fill ratios and time-to-submit tight
• CRM/ATS discipline — utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of Full-cycle recruitment experience within Technology staffing
• Organizational & communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
• A problem solver: analyzing and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
• High level of ambition, resilient and flexible: able to deal with ambiguity and change within a midsize but high-growth business
• ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn
