Job summary

OSI Engineering is seeking an organized Recruiting Team Manager to oversee Senior Technical Recruiters in MSP/VMS environments. You will drive daily delivery metrics, optimize coverage, and calibrate submittal quality to meet Speed-to-Submit SLAs (24–48 hours).

Partner with Account Managers and stakeholders to maximize submittal-to-interview ratios and fill rates. You will manage workload distribution, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-tier technical alignment while coaching the team to meet program

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years leading high-volume MSP/VMS programs
• Hands-on experience with VMS portals and ATS platforms
• Proficiency with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with GitHub and Stack Overflow
• Understand US work/visa authorizations

Job description

We are seeking an organized and highly driven Recruiting Team Manager to oversee a team of Senior Technical Recruiters operating in high-volume Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily delivery metrics, optimizing portal coverage, calibrating submittal quality, and ensuring your team hits aggressive Speed-to-Submit SLAs (24–48 hours). You will partner closely with Account Managers, Recruiting Leaders, and Stakeholders to maximizing submittal-to-interview ratios, fill rates, and overall program activity and performance across our MSP/VMS accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and coach a pod of Senior Technical Recruiters, driving accountability across daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
• Conduct and lead team meetings and ensure accountability across all pod members.
• Monitor key performance metrics (Speed-to-Submit, Submittal Volume, Submittal-to-Interview, Interview-to-Hire, and Rejection Rates) and implement corrective coaching as needed.
• Evaluate incoming VMS/MSP job releases in real time and manage team workload distribution across platforms to ensure full coverage without sacrificing quality.
• Review and audit submittals prior to portal entry to ensure top tier technical alignment, rate alignment, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Assist with gathering data and preparing for scorecards reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years dedicated to high-volume MSP/VMS programs and leading, managing, or mentoring recruiting teams.
• Must have hands-on experience with VMS portals and ATS platforms.
• Deep understanding of technical skills and market insights for Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, programmatic boards, AI sourcing suites, and tech platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Thorough understanding of employment types and work/visa authorizations in the United States.
• Must be capable of joining intake calls or screening candidates when needed.
• Strong communication skills and must be fluent in English.

Work Schedule:

• Must be able to work Pacific Time hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).
