Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks an experienced IT Delivery Manager with 15+ years of client-facing delivery leadership to own end-to-end projects. You will lead multiple teams, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery within an agile, high-paced environment.

The role requires strategic oversight of budgets, margins and program governance, with a focus on SaaS/AI-enabled initiatives and insurance-tech projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 15 years of client-facing IT Delivery management experience
• Managed large programs / teams and handled multiple customers simultaneously
• Owned the portfolio from a P&L perspective and responsible for Cost, Margins at project as well as Portfolio level
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
• Ability to proactively manage external and internal stakeholders
• Proven experience at project management discipline in agile environment
• Experience at SaaS product-based company is a plus, especially Low-Code / No-Code platforms
• Should have worked on AI as part of the existing projects to improve productivity, efficiency, initiatives
• Experience in delivering software solutions for the insurance sector is a huge plus
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Should own the project E2E, including deliverables, resource management, productivity, financials, customer satisfaction, process, adherence to agile maturity model
• Strong project governance and change management

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple project teams in delivering an company for the customer
• Position requires the candidate to have worked in a high-paced, challenging environment
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for two major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project & customer stakeholders
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Work with the project team (BA and Architect) to prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
• Conduct customer meetings from Daily Stand Up to Steer-Co Meetings
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
• Manage project / program scope and changes
