Overview

The Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful delivery of projects or product initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to drive execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and product initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Track delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery frameworks
• Support continuous improvement and team performance
• Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• years of experience in project delivery, project management, or Agile roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe certification
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Budget and financial management experience
