Job summary

eClerx, Bengaluru-based provider of technology-enabled solutions, seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technology projects in the BFSI domain and drive client management and cross-functional team leadership for successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing complex programs, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement across technology-driven BFSI initiatives, including KYC, AML, compliance, and payments.

Qualifications

• MBA / Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Master’s degree, preferably an MBA from a recognized institution, is desirable.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with strong BFSI domain expertise and exposure to managing technology-driven projects and transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects and BFSI initiatives.
• Manage senior client and business stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution, timelines, and quality.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery governance.
• Work closely with technology and business teams to translate requirements into successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and support strategic technology initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience with strong BFSI domain exposure.
• Proven experience in delivery/program/project management at a leadership level.
• Experience handling technology projects, digital transformation, or technology-enabled BFSI initiatives.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of BFSI processes such as Banking, KYC, AML, Compliance, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
