Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead/Project Manager for Digital Transformation in BFSI. The role focuses on leading digital journeys with end-to-end delivery planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidate will have 12–14 years of overall experience with 8–10 years in BFSI, and willingness to work from our India delivery locations (Delhi/Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai). Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Type: Project Manager (Senior Delivery Lead)

Total Experience Required: 12–14 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A Senior Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience gained on complex, global delivery engagements. Exposure to delivering projects in one or two of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication. Contact Centre experience is not necessary, as these roles are primarily focused on digital journey delivery.
