- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Banking/Financial Services technology programs.
- Establish governance, risk management, and delivery standards.
- Drive delivery excellence across app development, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
- Monitor project health, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Drive AI and GenAI adoption across operations and customer journeys.

15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Program Management or Digital Transformation within Banking/Financial Services.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Banking technology transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Banking business processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs.
- Successful delivery of strategic Banking transformation programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, quality and timeline commitments.
- Establish governance models, risk management frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Drive delivery excellence across application development, modernization, cloud migration and digital transformation programs.
- Monitor project health, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Implement and govern Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
- Manage Scrum teams, Release Train planning, sprint governance and program increments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery maturity frameworks.
- Establish PMO best practices and delivery governance mechanisms.
- Drive AI and Generative AI adoption across Banking operations and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement AI-powered solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
