Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management in India seeks an experienced recruitment leader to manage end-to-end IT hiring for multiple clients. You will lead a delivery team, mentor recruiters, and align staffing plans with client requirements.

You will drive sourcing across Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, ERP, Cybersecurity, QA and emerging tech, ensure SLA/TAT compliance, manage offers and onboarding, and maintain high candidate and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for C2H IT hiring mandates across multiple clients.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and quality benchmarks.
• Understand client requirements and build hiring strategies for quick turnaround and closures.
• Handle stakeholder management with clients, hiring managers, and internal leadership teams.
• Drive fulfillment for roles across technologies such as Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, ERP, Cybersecurity, QA, and Emerging Technologies.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, submission quality, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct regular review meetings and track recruiter performance.
• Build sourcing channels through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring forecasts.
• Coordinate offer management, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Ensure high levels of candidate and client experience.
