Job summary

Movate Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Director BFSI to lead large-scale technology delivery and strategic client relationships across BFSI accounts. The role covers end-to-end delivery, client management, P&L, governance, revenue growth and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with large BFSI clients, multi-location delivery teams, complex programs and senior stakeholder engagement at CXO level.

• 18+ years in IT services/technology/digital transformation.
• Significant BFSI client and large delivery portfolio experience.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and strategic client relationships across BFSI accounts.
• Own P&L, governance, revenue growth and delivery excellence.
• Manage large BFSI client programs and multi-location delivery teams.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and drive executive communications.
• Oversee RFP/RFI activities and pre-sales related to solutions.

Job description

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director BFSI to lead large-scale technology delivery and strategic client relationships across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance accounts. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, P&L, operational governance, revenue growth and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large BFSI clients, multi-location delivery teams, complex transformation programs and senior stakeholder relationships

• 18+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation.
• Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in P&L, revenue, margin and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and traditional SDLC.
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or modern technology platforms is preferred.
• Strong exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.
