Job summary

Ariviti Technologies is seeking a Business Director for BFSI to head the international BFSI business, own client relationships, revenue and presales for banks, NBFCs, and fintechs. You will manage P&L, grow key accounts, and shape solutions with owning practices.

The role requires deep BFSI domain knowledge in global markets, CXO relationships, and a track record of delivering across complex regulatory and contractual environments.

Responsibilities

• Own BFSI P&L: revenue, margin, growth and client satisfaction
• Grow key accounts (e.g., capital markets, public and private banks, NBFCs)
• Lead the BFSI presales team; shape solutions with the owning practices
• Set the BFSI go-to-market with Sales and Marketing; win new logos
• Ensure delivery commitments are met across Product Engineering, Platform, QE, TurfAI and Extended Engineering engagements
• Manage regulatory and contractual constraints (RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, data localisation, AI-use limits)
