Job summary

Drupalindia seeks an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and client satisfaction across distributed teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional peers, manage engagement risk, and ensure timely delivery while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects.
• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with distributed teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.
