Job summary

CRMTechIndia is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with extensive expertise in digital transformation and AI-driven solutions. You will lead end-to-end delivery across ecommerce, mobile, and cloud-based platforms, managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, governance, and KPI-driven delivery, with a focus on quality, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborative leadership and pre-sales support are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
