Vibe Media Group in Pune is seeking a Delegate Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue through delegate attendance at conferences and events. You will develop sales strategies, coach executives, and build strong relationships with clients to secure both complimentary and paid tickets.

The role requires excellent communication, motivation, and the ability to work independently, with a focus on pipeline development, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies for conferences/events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales strategies for delegate attendance at conferences and events.

A Delegate Sales Manager is responsible to support the revenue generation by selling delegate tickets (complimentary and paid) for conferences and events. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The Delegate Sales Manager will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work independently.
