Job summary

LoopLynks Events is seeking a full-time Delegate Acquisition Executive to be based on-site in Noida. You will identify, engage, and onboard delegates for our leadership recognition events through targeted outreach, networking, and strong relationship-building.

Daily work includes making calls, sending emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with marketing and events teams to align delegate strategies with event goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in sales, business development or delegate acquisition.
• Freshers welcome with excellent communication and sales interest.
• Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic office software.
• Solid research and outreach skills for targeted messaging.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and meet targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
• Comfort with cold calling and professional email etiquette.
• Prior event industry exposure and multi-language abilities advantageous.

The Delegate Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding delegates for LoopLynks Events through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building. The Executive will research potential delegates, maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and coordinate communications to ensure high-quality event participation. Daily responsibilities include making calls, sending emails, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with marketing and events teams to align delegate acquisition strategies with overall event goals. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports, and contributing ideas to improve delegate experience and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in sales, business development, delegate or client acquisition, preferably within events, conferences, or related industries.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and client acquisition are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines and track outreach activities.
• Solid research and outreach skills, including identifying target audiences and tailoring messages to specific segments.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with cold calling and follow-ups, along with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Prior event industry experience, understanding of recognition or leadership brands, and multi-language abilities are advantageous.
