Job summary

ISMG Information Security Media Group is seeking a Delegate Relations Executive to recruit senior professionals and decision-makers for ISMG’s events, summits, and webinars. You will engage C‑Suite executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite participation and drive registrations.

Located in our local office, you will meet daily/weekly targets while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building with senior professionals across cybersecurity and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
• Polite, professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly targets.
• A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG’s events, webinars, and summits.
• Clearly communicate event details, answer questions, and highlight the value of participation.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and registration targets.
• Guide and support delegates through the event registration process to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details in ISMG’s CRM system.
• Drive attendance on the day of the event by confirming and following up with registered delegates.
