Job summary

ISMG is seeking a Delegate Relations Executive to recruit senior professionals for ISMG’s high-profile events, summits, and webinars. You will engage C‑Suite executives in the B2B technology and cybersecurity sectors to secure their participation and guide them through registration.

You will build relationships, communicate event value, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets while maintaining CRM records and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in delegate recruitment or inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM basics.
• Organized with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG’s events, webinars, and summits.
• Clearly communicate event details, answer questions, and highlight the value of participation.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and registration targets.
• Guide and support delegates through the event registration process to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details in ISMG’s CRM system.
• Drive attendance on the day of the event by confirming and following up with registered delegates.

In this role, you’ll connect directly with C‑Suite executives and senior leaders in the B2B technology and cybersecurity sectors, ensuring they are engaged and excited to participate. What Youll Be Doing

What You Bring to the Table

• 1–2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
• Polite, professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly targets.
• A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
