Job summary

Information Security Media Group (ISMG) is looking for an Audience Engagement (Delegate Relations) Executive to build and engage audiences for global events, summits, and webinars. You’ll reach senior professionals, invite them to ISMG events, and help bring our events to life.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, with strong communication skills, curiosity about business and technology, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided, with on-site work at our Delhi office.

• Good research and writing ability.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to senior professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG events
• Research companies, roles, and industry trends to tailor your outreach
• Clearly explain event topics and why they’re relevant to each audience
• Guide attendees through the registration process
• Support attendance by following up with registered delegates
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
