ISMG Information Security Media Group in India is seeking a Delegate Relations Executive to engage senior decision-makers for ISMG’s events, webinars, and summits.

You’ll reach out to C-Level executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn, communicate event value, guide attendees through registration, and help meet daily outreach targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, inside sales, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Polite, professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly targets.

We are looking for a Delegate Relations Executive to help recruit senior professionals and decision-makers to attend ISMG’s high-profile events, summits, and webinars. In this role, you’ll connect directly with C‑Suite executives and senior leaders in the B2B technology and cybersecurity sectors, ensuring they are engaged and excited to participate.
