Job summary

ISMG in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Delegate Relations Executive to recruit senior professionals for our high-profile events, summits, and webinars. You will engage C-Suite executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn, clearly communicating event value and guiding them through registration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, inside sales, customer service, or similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG’s events, webinars, and summits.
• Clearly communicate event details, answer questions, and highlight the value of participation.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and registration targets.
• Guide and support delegates through the event registration process to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details in ISMG’s CRM system.
• Drive attendance on the day of the event by confirming and following up with registered delegates.

What You'll Be Doing

What You Bring To The Table

• Polite, professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
