• Share event details such as agenda, speakers, dates, and registration process.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Work with provided databases to identify relevant prospects for each event.
• Update leads and call outcomes in CRM or Excel trackers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure conversions and confirmations.
• Assist the team in reaching target numbers by effectively communicating the event value.

As a Speaker & Delegate Acquisition, you will support the outreach, communication, and promotion process for conferences and corporate events. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to enhance their communication skills, gain industry exposure, and understand the dynamics of B2B outreach within the events ecosystem.
