Skillventory in Mumbai invites a seasoned professional to lead syndication origination for corporate and mid-corporate clients. You will build lender relationships, coordinate end-to-end execution, and ensure adherence to risk and credit policies.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, collaboration with Credit, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Operations, and Product teams, and ongoing drive for P&L ownership and sustainable growth.

Responsabilités

• Drive origination of syndication opportunities across corporate and midcorporate clients
• Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, FIs, wealth partners, and other capital providers
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned with business targets and convert the same
• Coordinate end-to-end syndication execution, including lender onboarding, approvals, and disbursement
• Ensure deals meet risk, compliance, and credit policy frameworks
• Develop and execute strategy for expanding the syndication business
• Identify new market opportunities, product ideas, and partnership models
• Drive P&L ownership, portfolio performance, and business sustainability
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Operations, and Product teams
• Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Drive process excellence and quality standards across the syndication lifecycle
