Job summary

Hireex Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Debt Syndication professional to drive strategy, source clients with funding needs, and structure complex deals end-to-end.

You will prepare Credit Appraisal Notes and Information Memorandums, nurture relationships with banks, NBFCs, VC funds and investors, and stay ahead of industry trends to tailor financing solutions. Strong leadership and communication are essential to lead teams and close transactions in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance).
• 5–10+ years in loan syndication or corporate structuring.
• Proven track record in debt deal structuring and closing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate debt syndication strategy and drive growth.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• – Formulation of Debt Syndication Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the debt syndication business.


• – Client Sourcing and Advisory: Identify potential clients with debt funding requirements, advise them on suitable financing structures that align with their business needs.


• – Deal Structuring: Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandums, and other essential documentation required by lenders, investors, or stakeholders for successful deal closure.


• – Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Venture Capital Funds, Investors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful fund raising efforts.


• – Industry Insight: Maintain an understanding of industry trends and the unique financing needs of various sectors to provide valuable advisory services.


• – Stress Asset Resolution: Provide advisory support for the resolution of stressed assets, leveraging industry experience and market knowledge.

Qualification & Experience:

Educational Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance).

Experience: At least 5-10+ years of experience in loan syndication, corporate structuring, or related fields in the financial services industry.

Experience in Deal Structuring: A proven track record of structuring debt deals, handling complex financial instruments, and closing transactions
