Job summary

DBS Bank in Mumbai is seeking a senior professional to lead the origination, structuring, and end-to-end execution of debt syndication transactions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for the Syndication franchise across India and the Middle East, leveraging a robust network of Indian banks to distribute deals.

You will collaborate with coverage, product, and risk teams across geographies to deliver comprehensive financing solutions, while providing market insights and pricing benchmarks

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in loan syndication with leading deals across credit profiles/structured deals.
• Deep knowledge of the syndication landscape including FCY and INR transactions.
• Established relationships and access to Indian banks and financial institutions for deal distribution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and adaptability to work in a multi-geographic and multicultural team.
• Strong financial analysis, structuring, and credit assessment capabilities.
