Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a seasoned business development professional to identify and cultivate revenue opportunities across corporates, SMEs and institutional clients.

• Experience in debt syndication, corporate lending or structured finance.
• Background in transaction advisory at a Big 4 or equivalent.
• Strong existing network across financial institutions.

Job description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporates, SMEs, and institutional clients
• Drive end-to-end deal sourcing, pitching, and co-ordinating closure through internal execution team
• Build and manage a strong pipeline for consistent business sourcing.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of clients including promoters, CFOs, and consultants
• Act as a single point of contact for clients and ensure high-quality service delivery

Market & Industry Insights

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in financial services
• Identify potential sectors for expansion and growth

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with internal teams (execution, credit, legal, operations) for deal execution
• Ensure smooth onboarding and closure of transactions
• Strong understanding of financial products (Debt Syndication, ECB (External Commercial Borrowing, NBFC lending, structured finance, etc.)
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Commercial acumen with a result-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and drive targets

Preferred Background:

• Candidate from transaction advisory vertical from Big 4 or equivalent or debt syndication department of Banks/NBFC or Investment Banks
• Prior exposure to debt syndication / corporate lending / structured finance/ stressed assets
• Strong existing network in the financial ecosystem.
