Job description
- Own end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients on the Bharatsure platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to product, process, operations, and high-level claims support
- Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and available offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy renewals
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients
