Job summary

Bharatsure is looking for a candidate to manage end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients. This role involves acting as the primary contact for HR teams regarding product queries and educating corporate employees on policy benefits and coverage.

You will maintain strong relationships with HR representatives, support policy renewals, and assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients on the Bharatsure platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to product and process.
• Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and available offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy renewals.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients.
