CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Reporting To: VP – Delivery / Manager (as assigned)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Specialist to support our data-driven initiatives by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in data operations, SQL, ETL processes, and data quality management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery activities for internal and customer projects.
• Monitor and improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, resolving discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to support data integration, automation, and scalable data processes.
• Partner with Product, Business, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate datasets.
• Maintain data integrity by following data governance standards and quality assurance best practices.
• Validate and integrate external data sources and vendor‑provided datasets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for data workflows and operational efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, ETL processes, Data Validation, and Data Quality methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting or automation tools.
