Job summary

Movate is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

The candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in BI, visualization, data analysis, and reporting solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to explore data, write queries, create views, and prepare reporting-ready datasets.
• Good understanding of data profiling, data validation, data quality checks, and metric reconciliation.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Ability to work with business users to understand reporting needs and convert them into dashboards, metrics, and self-service views.
• Python, Streamlet, financial services, or enterprise risk analytics exposure is good to have, but not mandatory for this role.

• Excellent communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or related domains is an added advantage.
