Job description

Key Accountabilities

Manage and lead a team of data analysts, ensuring delivery excellence, performance management, and capability development.

Oversee the execution of analytics projects, including data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.

Develop dashboards, MIS reporting, and performance tracking frameworks aligned with business needs.

Support business leaders with insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue performance.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.

Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and analytics workflows.

Implement and maintain data governance standards and best practices.

Contribute to analytics strategy and roadmap in alignment with function and organizational goals.

Relationship Management

Partner with business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Retail and Trading teams) to understand data requirements and deliver insights.

Build strong working relationships with mid to senior‑level stakeholders to support decision‑making.

Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability and system alignment.

Coordinate with external vendors where required for tools, reporting, or benchmarking support.

Communication

Present data insights in a structured and business‑friendly manner to stakeholders.

Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Simplify complex data into actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.

Ensure timely and accurate communication of deliverables and project updates.

General

Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Promote a data‑driven culture within the team and wider organization.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in analytics capabilities.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics tools and practices.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
