Job summary

You will provide user support, assist with Tally tasks, and coordinate with the ERP/IT team for issue resolution. This is an in-person, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Tally.
• Good communication and user-support skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day ERP data entry and transactions.
• Support Production, Purchase, Stores, PPC, and Quality teams in ERP activities.
• Maintain and update ERP master data.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain and update Excel records.
• Support basic Tally activities.
• Provide ERP training and guidance to users.
• Identify and resolve basic ERP errors and user issues.
• Coordinate with the ERP/IT team for major issues.
• Follow up with users and ensure ERP issues are resolved.
• Support ERP testing and new process implementation.
