• Handle export/import activities end to end for airfreight.
• Maintain and improve productivity and quality levels as per KPIs and SOPs; recommend improved procedures.
• Update job knowledge by learning new processes and cross-training in multiple tasks.
• Be open to training colleagues when needed.
• Accept direction and responsibility and drive performance per KPI.
• Take accountability for commitments; discuss actions and consequences and learn from them; stay goal-driven.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Export/Import activities end to end for Airfreight
• Maintains and improve Productivity and Quality levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); recommending improved procedures
• Updates job knowledge by learning new processes / cross trained in multiple tasks
• Open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues, if need arises
• To accept direction / responsibility and maintain/drive performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad
• Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will to put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work
