Job summary

UTL Solar is seeking a Customer Success/Operations assistant in Delhi to conduct service closure audits through customer verification calls and maintain daily targets of 60–80 calls.

You will record CSAT, update CRM/FSM, identify mismatches, elevate issues, and prepare daily and weekly audit reports; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• UG: Graduation Not Required.
