Job summary

UTL Solar in Delhi is looking for a Customer Success/Operations associate to handle high-volume calls to service engineers, follow up on spares and faulty systems, and ensure timely material returns. You will update records in Excel, coordinate with teams, send emails, and resolve queries, including escalated cases.

UG not required; the role involves coordination and meticulous record-keeping in a fast-paced solar service environment.

Responsibilities
