UTL Solar in India seeks a Customer Success, Service & Operations professional to lead the service team, handle customer escalations, and coordinate with Service Engineers. The role focuses on monitoring pending complaints and spare requirements, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining Excel/MIS reports.

UG graduates with a background in customer service or service operations are preferred. The position offers Diwali bonus, Mediclaim, PF, and paid leave.
