Kherki Eservices in Chandigarh is seeking a proactive customer support/inside sales professional to handle inquiries about solar rooftop installations and manage project requirements.

You will coordinate paperwork for net metering and solar loan financing, prepare quotations, and track feasibility reports. Strong communication and organization are essential to ensure smooth execution with clients, engineers, and survey teams.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
• Experience in customer support or back-office operations is preferred.
• Solar/renewable energy background is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding solar rooftop installations and project requirements.
• Coordinate documentation and paperwork for net metering applications with distribution companies (like UHBVN/DHBVN) and government portals (like PM Surya Ghar).
• Assist customers through the solar loan application and financing process with partner banks.
• Prepare, share, and track commercial quotations, feasibility reports, and proposals for clients.
• Maintain customer databases, follow-up logs, and daily sales activity records.
• Coordinate between clients, technical survey teams, and installation engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Punjabi).
• Basic proficiency in computer operations, MS Office (Excel/Word), and email correspondence.
• Prior experience in customer support, back-office operations, or tele-sales (solar or renewable energy background is a plus).
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
