Job summary

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited in Pune invites applications for a Procurement/ Tender & Offers role. The incumbent will prepare offers, tender documents, cost sheets and ensure alignment with INCOTERMS, GCC/BEC/SCC clauses, and Tender formats.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, track submitted offers, follow up to convert enquiries into orders, prepare monthly reports, and manage POs, PRs and material dispatch while leveraging ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offers per RFQ for O&M, service & spares and tender submissions.
• Maintain track record of submitted offers & tenders; follow up with clients to convert enquiries.
• Know tender clauses GCC, BEC & SCC; prepare deviation lists.
• Prepare tender forms & formats for submission.
• Prepare cost sheets for AMC of O&M service contracts.
• Prepare international and domestic cost sheets for spare parts; understand duties and taxes.
• Prepare and submit offers to client based on INCOTERMS.
• Know minimum wages calculations for manpower; CT CTC.
• Prepare monthly MRMs reports; advance Excel skills.
• Accept orders from clients for service and spare supply.
• Conduct Order Transfer Meetings; release sales orders.
• Raise PR for PO with procurement; GRR on receipt and dispatch with Oracle/SAP flow.

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Preparation of offers as per RFQ for O&M, service & spares. Preparation and submission of tender documents for spares and O&M services.Must be tendering submission complete knowledge
2. Maintain track record for submitted offers & Tenders. Follow-up with Clients and try to convert these enquiries in to the order.Follow-up skill
3. knowledge about the tenders of GCC, BEC & SCC clauses & based on that make the deviation listKnowledge about tender clauses
