Maintain track record for submitted offers & Tenders. Follow-up with Clients and try to convert these enquiries in to the order.
knowledge about the tenders of GCC, BEC & SCC clauses & based on that make the deviation list
Preparation of tenders forms & formats for submission of tenders.
Preparations of cost sheets for AMC of Comprehensive operation & maintenance service contracts.
Preparations of International and Domestic cost sheets for spare parts.
Preparation and submission of offers to client based on INCOTERMS
Central & state Minimum wages knowledge
Preparation of monthly reports for MRM
Order Acceptance to clients for service and spare supply orders.
Conducting Order Transfer Meetings & releasing of sales orders for service and spare orders received.
Raising of PR for PO on material suppliers, Cordination of POs with procurement dept, GRR on receipt of material and dispatch of material to clients.
Must be tendering submission complete knowledge
Knowledge about tender clauses
Tenders forms & formats knowledge
Knowledge about for submission of AMC of Comprehensive operation & maintenance service contracts
Knowledge about custom duty structure, refundable & nonrefundable taxes, Air & sea freight calculations based on weight of consignments etc.
Familiar with INCOTERMS
Knowledge about the calculations of CTC for manpower
