Job summary

Kaabil in Hyderabad is seeking a customer service executive to handle inbound international voice calls and resolve a wide range of inquiries. The role requires a full day on the phone and a highly regimented schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree, has at least 1 year of International Voice experience, is comfortable with night shifts and rotating week offs, and can relocate to Hyderabad to work from office.
