Job summary

Your Pitchh in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Advisor for international voice processes. You will handle inbound calls from US clients, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records, with a night shift aligned to US time zones.

The role offers a competitive salary up to 6.5 LPA and a 5-day work week. We require at least 1 year of experience in international voice processes, excellent English, and strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.

Job Title: Customer Advisor (International Voice Proces)

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA!!!!! (for candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Uk (early morning)

Work Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Days Weekly Off)

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls to assist international customers.
  
• Resolve product, service, or billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in CRM systems.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in international voice process (preferably US clients).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).
