Job summary

Cubnet Service in Pune district, Maharashtra, India is seeking a voice process professional with at least 1 year of international BPO experience. You will handle customer interactions, resolve issues end-to-end, and contribute to customer retention while working in rotational shifts, including nights.

Excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role. Immediate joining is a plus.
