Red Hibiscus Info Solutions in Gurugram is hiring a Customer Service Associate (Upselling) to engage customers and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Salary Package

For Candidates with 1+ Year Experience:

• Up to 4.2 LPA CTC (including 2,000 PLI)
• Approx. 32,000 In-Hand

For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience:

• Up to 4.3 LPA CTC (including 2,000 PLI)
• Approx. 33,000 In-Hand

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for confident, target-oriented Customer Service professionals who are comfortable with upselling.

This is NOT a pure customer support role; candidates should have a strong interest in upselling/cross-selling and achieving targets.

Eligibility
