Job summary

Futureheights Training And Consultant invites applications for a Customer Support Voice with Upselling (Level 12) based in Vikhroli/Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling international voice calls and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

The position offers a CTC of 4.5–6.5 LPA, with cab facility provided both ways and relocation support if outside coverage. Work is in a 24x7 rotational shift, office-based (WFO).

Qualifications

• Education must be HSC (12th pass).
• Minimum 1+ year in International Voice process (Level 12).
• Experience with upselling is beneficial.
