Job summary

YENNES Infotec P Limited in Chennai seeks a Customer Support Executive to handle and resolve client queries and technical issues related to Tally across pan India. You will provide timely support via calls, tickets, and other channels.

Responsibilities include maintaining records in the CRM, updating Vtiger with client interactions and resolutions, monitoring open tickets, and coordinating with Tally Partners and dealers to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support.
• Hindi language is mandatory.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Tamil and English communication are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Tally is required.

• Provide timely technical support to clients and address issues through calls, tickets, and other communication channels.
• Manage and maintain records of calls handled, tickets received, tickets resolved, and pending issues.
• Regularly update Vtiger CRM with details of client interactions, work completed, issues identified, and resolutions provided.
• Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure and effective resolution.
• Assign appropriate Tally Partners to various dealers of the client based on requirements and location.
• Coordinate with Tally Partners and dealers to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to client support activities, ticket status, and partner assignments.

Requirements

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support.
• Hindi is mandatory.
• Candidates with Customer Support experience in any industry are eligible.
• Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English are preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
