Shining Stars Institution & travels in Kolkata is hiring a Customer Support Executive (Voice & Blended Process). The role requires a 12th pass with fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali, and a typing speed of 25–30 WPM. Working hours include 6 days a week with rotational shifts and off days.
