Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai (Kurla West) is hiring for a temporary contract role to onboard driver-partners, provide exceptional support, and help grow the partner network.

A background in tele-calling or customer support and strong English/Hindi communication are required. This position is Work From Office with day shifts and rotational 6-daysaweek work pattern. Freshers or up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience: Fresher or upto 2yrs exp in any tele-calling or customer support
• Qualification- Minimum Graduate and above
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with in-person interactions
• Flexible to work from the office
