Summary

We are looking for dynamic, persuasive, and dependable individuals to become part of our support and engagement unit. The primary objective of this position is to reach out to former active driver-partners, determine the factors behind their departure, and actively motivate them to rejoin the platform. Success in this role demands a blend of empathy and problem-solving capabilities, alongside a robust sales orientation designed to navigate objections and effectively communicate the unique value our platform offers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to inactive driver-partners to ascertain the specific reasons for their departure from the platform.
• Tackle issues, concerns, or misunderstandings with clarity and compassion to resolve dissatisfaction.
• Apply persuasive dialogue and sales methodologies to illustrate the advantages of returning to our ecosystem.
• Reach out to drivers who have switched to competing services, presenting compelling arguments for their return.
• Inform drivers about new features, incentives, or platform enhancements that address previous pain points.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings while actively contributing to reactivation goals.
• Record valuable insights and feedback to inform and refine future engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Must possess full fluency in both Hindi and Telugu languages.
• Candidates should be fresh graduates or have at least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, tele-sales, or outbound calling.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
• Exhibit high energy levels, the capacity to multitask, and comfort working within a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; prior experience with CRM systems or engagement platforms is advantageous.
• Show a sense of ownership, empathy, and a strong motivation to drive impact through effective communication.
• Hold a degree in any field of study.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in the relevant local languages.
• Maintain basic computer literacy and the ability to operate digital tools efficiently.
• Exhibit resilience in handling objections and converting negative sentiments into positive resolutions.
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, telecalling, or re-engagement campaigns is highly preferred.

Salary Upto : 17000 + pf and esic plus lucrative incentives.
